What is Talent Together?
Talent Together helps Michiganders become certified teachers. Candidates receive their education for free while earning an income. The program launched in December 2022.
Talent Together offers opportunities for a range of candidates, including those without any credits toward a bachelor's degree, to those with bachelor's degrees who want to earn their initial teacher certification, to those who currently hold valid Michigan teaching certifications and want to add endorsements to their existing certificates.
The consortium is slated to include all 56 intermediate school districts in Michigan, making it the largest school district-led talent collaboration in state history.
